Train anywhere, anytime for as little as B800 per session. Your training can take place one-on-one with your personal trainer or you can bring one, two, or three friends along (ask us for group rates).
To fit in with your life, your Gym Bangarang Personal trainer will work seven days a week 6:00am until 8pm. Your workout takes place wherever you want: in a park, in your apartment, in your gym (if permitted) or come to our gym in Mae Rim. Popular areas include Meijo University, 700 Stadium. Your personal trainer will come to you. Want to work out in a gym, or prefer to train in your clubhouse or even in your own home? No problem, we can arrange that too. In short, Gym Bangarang is all about flexibility for our clients (you pick the time, the location, the participants, the personal trainer and the fee, depending on which package you choose)

Body scan uses ultrasound technology to measure body composition (muscle verses fat). Used in conjunction with traditional aerobic and body measurements, we measure where your journey starts and ends. This aids as motivation for our clients when they see the results over time.
