Our packages include each and every meal, training session and valuable bit of advice needed. We’ve even added extras like daily massages and airport transfers. Everything is taken care of before your arrival, so you can focus entirely on your goals. Each day you will be served tasty, healthy menus cooked by our on site restaurant. Meals are of a generous size and different dietary requirements can be catered for – Just let us know prior to arrival.
Our team of Sports Science qualified trainers and Muay Thai Champions will provide you tangible results. Average weekly weight loss results range from 2 to 2.5kg. One of the reasons our program is so effective is because it trains your whole body. Our group sizes are small to allow our trainers to focus on YOU 100%.
