Gym Bangarang Muay Thai and Fitness Retreats offer an all-inclusive program aimed at anyone who wants to improve their fitness and/or lose weight. Daily Muay Thai is also included in the program.

Our packages include each and every meal, training session and valuable bit of advice needed. We’ve even added extras like daily massages and airport transfers. Everything is taken care of before your arrival, so you can focus entirely on your goals. Each day you will be served tasty, healthy menus cooked by our on site restaurant. Meals are of a generous size and different dietary requirements can be catered for – Just let us know prior to arrival.

Our  team of Sports Science qualified trainers and Muay Thai Champions will provide you tangible results. Average weekly weight loss results range from 2 to 2.5kg. One of the reasons our program is so effective is because it trains your whole body. Our group sizes are small to allow our trainers to focus on YOU 100%.

No matter what level you are starting from, our wide variety of classes will keep you motivated.

Booking Information

At Gym Bangarang, we are flexible with your start and finish dates. We will fit into YOUR dates. Prices are for our all inclusive packages.  Please email us on [email protected] If you would prefer a different number of days.

To confirm your booking, we ask for a 50% deposit which can be paid via bank transfer (Thai or Hong Kong Bank Account), Paypal or Credit Card. Once booking received, we will contact you within 24hours with further information. You do not need a PAYPAL ACCOUNT. Choose the PAY WITH CREDIT OR DEBIT CARD option.

The nearest airport is Chiang Mai International. Please meet our driver at THE BLACK CANYON COFFEE SHOP located next to the domestic terminal arrivals area.

    Second time staying at this gym for a week and it was even better than last time. Accommodation is clean and modern; food is healthy, varied and tasty; and the training is hard but tailored to meet you fitness levels. Would recommend this to anyone wishing to lose weight, get fit, learn muay Thai or just do something different in peaceful surroundings.
