If this is your first time to Thailand, remember to stay hydrated. You do adjust quickly but make sure you are drinking at least 2-3 litres of water a day as soon as you arrive.
Breakfast: Muesli with Yoghurt and Fruits
Lunch: Basil Chicken with Vegetables
Dinner: Pumpkin Soup with Salmon (on the side)
